The average ceremony-cocktail hour-reception event just won’t do. You want to treat your loved ones (and yourselves!) to an immersive, once-in-a-lifetime wedding weekend, filled with special moments, surprise experiences, and time to be totally removed from everyday life. 

When you hand it over to us, the entire planning process of wedding-related events is managed for you. You still get to do the fun parts (tours, tastings, design approvals, etc) and we do all the rest.  

We’ll work with you to build a wedding weekend schedule that prioritizes how you want to spend your time with family and friends and then do the footwork of ensuring your friends and family feel special, comfortable, and well-fed.

Note: Due to the creative investment we make in each wedding, we take on only a limited number of wedding & event planning and design clients each year. We’ve intentionally designed the following options to make our services accessible to more couples.

Partial Wedding Planning + Design

Instead of juggling follow-up emails, appointments with vendors, and answering Aunt Karen’s judgy questions about why you’re not doing this tradition or making that color choice, you can leave all that to us. We’ll be there all day on your wedding day, ensuring a smooth flow from start to finish. This service is more of a co-working option than all-inclusive planning but yields similar results for couples on a budget. 

This option is a book-end situation. We start by going over every idea you have and answering questions you’ve had since you started the process of planning your own wedding. Then, we'll create your budget, determine top priorities, focus the design vision, and recommend reliable vendors that fit your style and budget. 

You’ll get a detailed mood board to share with potential vendors as you continue planning your wedding, and we’ll meet for check-ins along the way. Then, in the last 60 days before the wedding, we'll jump back in to tie up all the loose ends. 

Investment: $4800

60-Day Coordination

Imagine, after all your hard work, showing up to your wedding day with nothing on your to-do list except “look fabulous” and “say your vows.” How good would it feel to spend meaningful time with the people you love and take it all in? 

In the last 60 days before your wedding, you bring us everything you've put together, and we'll jump in and take over, going over every detail with a fine-toothed comb. On your day, you can relax knowing you have a wing-woman from breakfast til the lights turn off.

Without coordination services, you run the risk of spending it attempting to peel protective layers off of acrylic table numbers without ruining your nails or crawling around a supply closet in your tux, trying to find an extension cord for an unprepared DJ.

02/ Dream Team + Design

You bring your ideas and your personalities to the table; we bring the experience, expertise and connections to bring your unique wedding to life. 

Together, we’ll choose the perfect venue and vendor team for your uniquely quirky vision. We always recommend trustworthy businesses owned by women, people of color, and members of the LGBTQ community first, and this has allowed us to channel lots of wedding planning dollars into deserving locally-owned small businesses. (We’re proud to say that the creative teams we put together are more diverse than the average wedding vendor partnerships – and great at what they do!)

We also really value your desire to work with specific wedding professionals. So, if you have a photographer you've been stalking for 10 years, we respect that. We’ll communicate your vision and needs to these pros, ensuring they’re a great fit and on board.

Once your venue is secured and your dream team assembled, we’ll work to create a beautifully offbeat design that’ll knock your socks off while remaining true to who you are. No cookie-cutter events here! Ever.
